Excellent breakfast, by American standards, spacious gym and rooms, free access to coffee, tea, water. Rooftop bar is great. Big glass of gin tonic for 12 bucks. According to the classics of American rooms, it is very dark. At the request of the reception they gave a shaving kit for free

The hotel was ok, but my issue is with the restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel said they just rent it out, but IMO, they are still responsible as they put ads up everywhere suggesting it is part of the hotel. Food and atmosphere were fine, but it was a windy day, and an umbrella was not secure. It blew across the deck and hit me in the head. I was stunned and had an instant headache, but was more surprised when the manager, Tanya, told me the wind wasn't her responsibility and that the umbrella was secure, which it clearly wasn't, as several people pulled it off of me. In the end, they made me pay the bill, and I didn't even get an apology. After looking at all the negative reviews, I'm not surprised. It was very fortunate that an elderly person wasn't sitting at my table.

Excellent hotel spotlessly clean , staff very helpful and friendly. Brenda the Executive House Keeper was very accommodating when we needed help. The facilities were excellent and location brilliant for Niagara Falls. Breakfast was great with friendly & helpful staff servicing the area
